  • Applying for and defending restraining orders

Property Matters

  • Contracting Out (or “pre nuptial”) agreements

  • Property division following separation, including Property Agreements or court applications

  • Spousal maintenance

  • Claims against estates, including Family Protection Act and Testamentary Promises claims

 

We also specialise in elder law and incapacity:

 

  • Drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

  • Making Court applications when a loved one is unable to make decisions for themselves (which are called PPPR applications)

With my wide range of experience I can also assist with criminal law matters, and general litigation matters.

As I am an experienced member of the local bar, I am able to refer clients to other lawyers who specialise in other areas that I may not practice in.
